Senior Partner
Roland has practiced law in northwestern Connecticut since 1969, representing clients in family law, personal injury, criminal defense, and wrongful death matters. He has argued before the Connecticut Appellate and Supreme Courts, served as Town Counsel for New Milford, and secured substantial settlements and verdicts for injured clients.
Jessica E. Cochrane
Attorney & Trained Mediator
Jessica focuses on contested divorce, custody, and pre-/post-nuptial agreements, and appears regularly in Litchfield and Danbury Superior Courts. A New England Super Lawyers Rising Star (2023, 2024) and trained mediator, she is licensed in both Connecticut and New York.
