Terry C. Pellegrini

Bio:
Terry C. Pellegrini is widely acknowledged to be the area’s most experienced attorney in land use and zoning, having practiced in that field for more than thirty years. He represents commercial and developer clients before various boards and commissions in New Milford and surrounding communities, with experience obtaining subdivisions, special permits, site plan approvals, and inland wetlands permits.

Mr. Pellegrini’s real estate practice encompasses both residential and commercial transactions. He has served as general counsel to the Greater New Milford Board of Realtors for over 25 years. His commercial practice includes representing area lenders and business clients in commercial lending, including SBA loans.

A dedicated community member, Mr. Pellegrini has served on the Board of Directors of New Milford Hospital (including as chairman), as Town Attorney for the Town of New Milford, and as a Selectman for the Town of New Milford.
